How an account opens
You tell us about the shop
The form on the contact page, or an e-mail. Where you are, what you sell, and roughly what the shop is like.
We send the trade documents
Trade price list, the full line sheet with model codes, and the display options. Nothing on this site carries a price; the price list does.
You choose an opening assortment
Most shops start with one finish and two or three families, on a counter display. We will suggest a mix for the kind of shop you have described.
We confirm and ship
Order confirmation with the agreed terms, then delivery to the shop.
What comes with the account
Counter display
The collection is designed to be picked up, so it is merchandised open rather than behind glass. Display options come with the price list.
Photography
Every piece in this catalogue is photographed on white and the files are yours to use for your own shop — window, print, your own site.
Care cards
The care wording from the house page, printed for the counter in German and English.
Repeat orders
By model code, by e-mail. The codes on this site are the ordering codes.
